Ganeinu Long Day Care & Preschool

Ganeinu, pronounced ga-nay-nu is an early learning centre based in St Ives on Sydney's North Shore, established in the community since 2008, initially in Killeaton Street and now in our new location in College Crescent. Every family and child is warmly welcomed, regardless of cultural background. We offer long hours (7:30 am – 6:00 pm) with flexible fee and care arrangements for working families, providing daycare and preschool for children from 2 months to 6 years. We aim to maximise the future potential and opportunities available for every child through our educational program, focussing on each child's physical, emotional and cognitive needs using a Whole Child approach. Jewish traditions and values are embedded into our educational program in a culturally diverse and inclusive “home away from home” environment where we connect and unite families of all backgrounds as a community. In November 2020 we were rated as EXCEEDING the National Quality Standard in Education and Care by ACECQA. This was re-awarded in October 2024. The Ganeinu experience is a very special one.
